In any case, all customers retain the possibility of exercising their rights.

• Via Moda informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties in any case, and that, in the event that any transfer of personal data were to become necessary, prior consent (free, informed, specific, and unambiguous) would be requested from the persons concerned. Notwithstanding, Via Moda may communicate the personal data of users to third parties for the purposes of the delivery of goods, processing of credit or debit card payments, checks on credit status, and the collection of debts, as well as to fulfil all commitments made with customers.
• International transfers of data related to images and videos hosted within our spaces on the online portals of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Linkedin are carried out.
