VM05 client: free adjustments only for items over €150 and a discount of less than 20%. VIP07 and VIP10 clients: free adjustments on all* items. (*) Except if the item costs less than €30 and has a discount greater than 20%.

HOTEL/HOME DELIVERIES
Forget about carrying your shopping around! Via Moda delivers it to your hotel (only hotels in Andorra La Vella and Escaldes-Engordany) or to your home, in certain cases and following consultation with the shop.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We offer an excellent after-sales service with a high degree of customer satisfaction (incident resolution, additional information, specific item requests, exchanges, or returns*,…). (*) Maximum term: 30 days from the date of purchase (ticket required). Returned items will be compensated with a purchase voucher, except if it is within the first 7 days from the purchase date, in which case the refund will be made using the same payment method, upon customer request.
